I always ask clients to provide feedback on treatments.
However I will only use this information for marketing or case study purposes with the client’s express consent.
In any case as a professional it is important that I take on board any comments or criticism and also look to make sessions as constructive and even enjoyable as possible.
The treatments are designed to enhance the well-being of my clients and this can manifest itself in different forms, physically and psychologically.
When animals are involved I rely totally on feedback from owners.
In one case I treated an animal who had a terminal condition. Although both myself and the owner knew that I could not provide a cure, but nonetheless it was evident to the owner that the sessions were beneficial and this manifested itself quite clearly to the owner who was familiar with previous signs of suffering. I relied on the knowledge of the owner to determine when their loved one was displaying contentment, as only they are best qualified to make that assessment.
