This quick and simple technique can help increase your joint flexibility and range of movement.
If you sustain an injury*, a ‘hidden’ stress can remain long after the actual injury has healed. This ‘hidden’ stress can decrease joint mobility, and reduce range of movement. Over time, if you have any more injuries, this effect can build, and gradually decrease your range of movement.
I use muscle-testing to check healed injuries for ‘hidden’ stress. I can then use this simple technique to clear this stress, and improve joint mobility and range of movement.
* Injuries can include anything from vaccinations, cuts, dental work, severe bruising, to sprains, strains, fractures, surgery (and scars), even mammograms, and anything in between!
